This year we are excited to announce the 2nd annual Recovery Games of Maine. Last year it was a success and it is only growing into it's second year.

What are the Recovery Games of Maine?

Organized by the Augusta recovery community and sponsored by ADI and the Kennebec House, these games are crafted by a diverse and wonderful team in recovery, along with their families, friends, and supporters. The goal is to offer a day filled with health, sobriety, and joy.

The games will take place on August 24th, at Mill Park in Augusta from 10:00am- 4:00pm.

Bring your family and friends and enjoy live music, comedians, speakers, games, food, and fellowship. This event is open to all who believe in recovery and will highlight the power, beauty and healing that the games bring.

Lizzy Snyder from 92 Moose will be broadcasting live at this event!

Take part in cornhole, kickball, field day activities, and an inflatable obstacle course!

In addition, ADI is also donating $1 for every like the page receives, with a goal of reaching 1,000 likes for $1,000 to help fund the games.

Visit the Recovery Games of Maine page and give it a LIKE to support the cause!

There will be a super fun tournament where you can compete with friends and join in the fun of the games with wheel barrow racing, sack races, relay and more!

These games are more than just an event, they give the community a beacon of hope for those who have been touched by addiction. They will offer a source of strength for you and your families. The games embody the spirit of healing and empowerment.

If you or someone you know is seeking a community of inspiring individuals dedicated to the journey of recovery, visit the Recovery Games of Maine page.

We look forward to seeing you at Mill Park on August 24th!
