This event is a great way for families to enjoy the great outdoors...right in their own backyard. And the cool thing is, everyone will be backyard camping all over the state, all at the same time!

There are 8 State Parks where you can enjoy many winter activities and winter camping that are located at all corners of the state, up in the County, Downeast, Southern Maine and a few other spots here and there.

The Saco River is the place you always think of first, but there are other rivers in Maine that offer a great floating adventure too. Check this one out.
