Foodallergy.org has introduce the Teal Pumpkin Project to create a safer, happier Halloween for the 6.9 million kids living with food allergies that range from nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and more.
This is a great idea because there are so many kids with life threatening food allergies! By putting out a teal pumpkin you are letting trick or treaters know that you have non-food goodies for ghouls with food allergies.
