WATCH: Maine Man Skates On Ice that Amazingly Doesn’t Look Frozen
In a video posted on Facebook yesterday, Peter Panagore of Ocean Point is gliding across the ice on skates. The really cool thing is that it's black ice so it's thinner making it appear as though Peter is skating on the water.
