This weekend, we remember one of the last shows of the Seventies with the original line-up of Aerosmith and a show without Brad Whitford and Joe Perry. Both were on a November 19th at the Civic Center. Sadly, heavy drug use and bad vibes seemed to dominate this period.

30 years ago, Roger Waters brought his Radio KAOS tour to Maine! We remember a big circular projection screen and mind-blowing quadrophonic sound. There was also a telephone booth set up for fans to call the stage and ask Roger questions.

The incredible one-armed drummer we call the ‘Thunder God’, Rick Allen turns 54 today. He was born on November 1, 1963 in Dronfield, Derbyshire, England and has been in Def Leppard since 1978, joining the band on his 15th birthday.

37 years ago today, Kiss brought their Hot in the Shade tour to the Cumberland County Civic Center. This was the 5th time they rocked Portland, Maine and the last appearance here by drummer, Eric Carr.
