Happy Birthday to David Bowie!  Last year on his birthday he released an amazing new album which I haven't been able to put down, if you haven't heard it, definitely go out and get it.  The man's always been cutting edge, and here's proof: video of Bowie on the BBC when he was 17 and founder of "The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Long-haired Men"

Tonight we celebrate one of the greatest rock concert movies ever made.  The Last Waltz.  This amazing concert signaled the end of The Band and was filmed this day in 1976.

Back in 1991 Alice Cooper stepped it up and really stuck his neck out (before cutting his head off) for fans Patrick and Dee Ann Kelly of Riverside, CA whose home was being foreclosed.

On tonight's WBLM Mini-Concert we remember the life and music of the talented guitarist, Duane Allman.  With a November 20th birthday, Duane would have turned 67 today. Here's an amazing 30+ minute video of the Allman Brothers Live at The Fillmore East, 1971...
