If you like TV shows like "CSI" (any of them), "NCIS," and "Criminal Minds" you will love this experience that is coming to Portland in May.

Do you think that you could solve a murder case? I am not talking about a murder mystery dinner, this will not be anything like playing Clue (or watching it).

On Saturday, May 14, you could become a Crime Scene Investigator for one day only in Portland.

Get a group together (you can have up to six people), whether friends, family, or coworkers and try to solve a murder. Look the part, by planning some fun outfits to wear. Just know that this is an outdoor experience where you will go all around Portland to find evidence, interrogate suspects and try to solve the case.

If you've ever been interested in forensics, codebreaking, and/or good old-fashioned detective work this is a perfect time to see what you are capable of doing.

Unfortunately, I don't think the disease and forensics class that I took in high school will really help me much with this experience ( I would have to try to dig up some OLD notes).

This is an app-based experience run by CluedUpp and can last from 2 to 3 hours long. You can start investigating anytime between 9 am and 2 pm.

If you are wondering where the crime and clues will take place, you will have to wait to find out. The location will only be given in a pre-game briefing.

One of the best things about this experience, other than spending a day with people you care about around the city, is that you have the chance to win prizes. I do not know what the prizes are exactly, but a prize is still a prize!
