B’s Could Not Fit Iginla In Budget [VIDEO]

Boston Bruins GM Peter Chiarelli says he did not want to trade a bunch of other players in order to keep Jerome Iginla. That's what happened just three hours into free agency - the B's in salary cap hell, Iginla signs a 3-year deal with the Colorado Avalanche.

Other B's free agents found jobs as well. Shawn Thornton with Florida, goalie Chad Johnson with the NY Isles, and Andrej Meszaros with Buffalo.
