Did One Direction Rip-Off Def Leppard? [VIDEO]

A new song from pop mega-stars One Direction has a pretty similar sound to Def Leppard's "Pour Some Sugar On Me". So similar that Def Leppard is allegedly taking legal action. What do you think? Did they rip 'em off? You can compare the two songs below.
