You can get a head start by attending the 30th annual Maine Home and Remodeling show on Saturday, Feb. 15, and Sunday, Feb. 16. That's this weekend!

It's the perfect way to get you inspired to make your house the way you truly want it.

In fact, there will be over 180 exhibitor booths showcasing the latest products and services for your home in areas such as building and remodeling, kitchens and bathrooms, outdoor living, green living, decor and much more.

There will also be an Artisan Marketplace where you can find unique crafts, gifts and specialty foods, and a variety of seminars to get expert advice and helpful tips on a variety of home improvement topics.

Oh, and if that wasn't enough to get you excited, there will also be the annual Meet the Chefs cooking series with Maine's top chefs where you can learn some cooking tips, recipes and more to make some delicious food while you're sprucing up your place.

It all goes down 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, and 10 a.m.-4p.m. Sunday, Feb. 16, at the Cross Insurance Arena in Portland.

Tickets, which are purchased at the door, are:

  • $8 for adults
