Eagle Struck By Car Rescued By New Hampshire Officer

According to WGME, this eagle is a lucky guy to have been rescued after being hit by a car in New Hampshire.

Summer traffic in Maine and New Hampshire can get crazy, and sometimes dangerous, just ask this poor eagle that was hit by a car in Portsmouth. Lucky for him, trooper Kevin Dobson responded to aid the feathered accident victim.

The New Hampshire State Police Dept. Facebook Page has blown up, and I for one am hoping they'll post an update on the eagle's recovery.

Fish and Game officer, James Benvenuti arrived on the scene to help transport the eagle.
