This fun showdown is designed to spotlight local pizza joints while giving fans a chance to rally behind their favorite slice, and give your pizza place a chance at winning $10,000 in radio advertising airtime on Townsquare Media Portland stations (WJBQ, WHOM, WBLM, WCYY).

How Can My Pizza Place Be in Maine's Great Pizza Playoff?

If you want your pizza place to participate in Maine's Great Pizza Playoff 2026, fill out and submit a completed entry form below and pay a non-refundable entry fee of $600. In exchange for the entry fee, each participating business will receive:

Inclusion in 25 on-air promos (name)
A social media video + post from WBLM featuring Chris Sedenka (you can use this video on your socials)
Guaranteed 100 clicks to your site
A featured article highlighting your location, designed to help drive votes
All production and video included

All entries and entry fees must be received no later than Friday, February 27, 2026. We are only taking 16 entries, so make sure to submit now!

Just note, we are looking for pizza business owners to self enter their pizza place in the submission form. Fans of those pizza places, just wait, your chance to participate will be when voting happens in March!

Voting in Maine's Great Pizza Playoff 2026

All eligible entries will move on to the voting phase of Maine's Great Pizza Playoff starting Monday, March 2, 2026.

The pizza restaurants that enter will be featured across Townsquare Media Portland’s station websites and apps, putting your business in front of thousands of engaged listeners and readers throughout the contest.

During this time, people can cast their vote from the list of participating pizza places once per day through Sunday, March 15, 2026.

Winning Maine's Great Pizza Playoff 2026

On Monday, March 16, 2026, the pizza place that received the highest number of votes will be declared Maine's Great Pizza Playoff winner and receive $10,000 in radio advertising airtime on Townsquare Media Portland stations (WJBQ, WHOM, WBLM, WCYY).

It’s a powerful opportunity to boost brand awareness, reach new customers, and turn local buzz into real-world traffic.
