The game dinner held at Unity College every year is a much anticipated event, and it's coming up on April 8th. The Unity College students and staff will prepare a 5-course meal showcasing fresh, wild game. The appetizers will include beaver, pheasant, moose heart, smoked trout, wild turkey and more. All of the proceeds will benefit Operation Game Thief Maine, The Military Order of the Purple Heart and the Unity College Sporting Station. If you are interested in tasting different types of Maine game, this is your chance to enjoy it skillfully prepared! The chef for this year's dinner will be Jamie Moffat, head chef at 3Crow in Rockland.

Tickets to the 12th Annual Sportsmen's Conference and Wild Game Dinner being held at the Unity College Center for the Performing Arts are $32.00 for  regular seating and $50.00 for VIP tickets.

The event begins with appetizers at 4:15 p.m. Dinner is served at 5:00 p.m.
