They have always tried to have fun different kinds of parades. There will be the usual floats, cars, firetrucks and such, but there is also a mix of dress up characters walking in it. Like the Grinch, Mr. Moose and others. The idea for inflatables came from watching kids at Halloween, having a blast in an inflatable costume!

That's how the idea began! The inflatables will be a flash mob in the middle of the  parade! They want the parade to be fun, so if you have an inflatable and want to have a great time, the parade lines up starts at 8 am! It starts on Depot Street just outside of town and goes thru the center of town to the United Parish Church at the end of town.

Just please make costumes family appropriate...no Halloween gore. Christmas in Harrison is a nonprofit event that helps raise money for different organizations in Harrison - a town called the 'friendly village'.
