Some people say that they don't have time to go to the gym, and depending on how much time you waste while you're there, it could be true! A study found that when people "worked out" for an hour at a gym, they wasted over 20 minutes of their time! The biggest attention hog? Their phone, of course!

Here are some more ways we waste workout time at the gym:

  • Taking too many water breaks.
  • Waiting for equipment.
  • Watching other people exercise!
  • Resting too long between sets.

Pay attention to how much time you spend actually working out the next time you're at the gym. You may be surprised!
