Hops & Hounds: Tips on How to Approach A Dog Safely
Hops & Hounds is going to be a wicked fun event. Let's make it a safe one for all too.
Being a dog owner you are fully aware of how your dog is around you and your family. But, you may never be able to predict how your dog can be with strangers. Dogs are animals after all and they cannot talk. They use their body language to communicate with humans and we can do the same.
With our event Hops & Hounds happening June 16th at Raitt Homestead Farm in Eliot, Maine; we ask that you please consider your dog's behavior around other dogs and strangers before bringing your pup to this event. We want all dogs and humans to feel safe and have a blast!
Here are some helpful tips to approach a dog you do not know safely.
