There was snow flying in New England last weekend. The first measurable snowfall of the season fell on Mount Washington Saturday afternoon, and the flurries continued into the evening. In a Facebook post by the Mount Washington Observatory, we can see what it looked like on top of the big rockpile over the weekend -

Snow was also flying in northern Vermont. Here's video shot by Scott Braaten on Mt. Mansfield, and shared by WMTW Meteorologist Ted McInerney -

I remember a few years ago there was a huge snowstorm in New Hampshire on Halloween, with over a foot of snow. And guess what? Halloween is just a couple of weeks away! Whether you love it or hate it, the white stuff will be here before you know it. So, what do you think about it? Personally, I'm ok with a handful of big storms in one winter, but any more than that is too much for me. Let us know what you think, with a comment on the Facebook post!
