I was scrolling Instagram when I saw the tease, and I'll admit it... my inner Hobbit got way too excited.

Elevenses Cafe, Bakery & Tavern in Brunswick just announced that it's launching regular Tavern Nights, and if you've ever wished you could spend an evening inside Middle-earth without leaving Maine, this is definitely as close as you'll get!

If you've visited Elevenses before, you already know it's become one of Maine's most unique dining experiences in Brunswick.

Inspired by The Lord of the Rings, the café has been delighting fans with its magical décor, afternoon tea, fresh pastries, and hearty brunches that feel worthy of a Hobbit's appetite.

Now they're taking things one step further.

Beginning on Friday and Saturday nights, the café transforms into a tavern, complete with Happy Hour from 4:30 to 6 p.m. followed by dinner service until 9 p.m.

During the day, they're open Thursday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., so whether you're craving breakfast, second breakfast, elevenses, luncheon, or dinner, they've got you covered.

Honestly, I love that Maine has a place like this.

Whether you're a lifelong Tolkien nerd or just someone who appreciates a cozy atmosphere, this feels like the kind of place where stories are shared, mugs are raised, and strangers become friends.

Now all we need is someone to show up dressed as Gandalf... and I have a feeling nobody would question it.
