One spot, sitting pretty in Waterville just got our attention for one of their brunch dishes. Something created from Cushnoc Cantina that is absolutely turning heads.

They recently showed off a plate on their Facebook page and they look like the ultimate comfort food. Tots were big when I was in high school, ask Napoleon Dynamite.
The dish features crispy tater tots piled high with scrambled eggs, melted cheese, bacon, scallions, jalapeno ranch, and queso fresco. In their own words, brunch just got “irresponsible… in the best way.”
