Cushnoc Cantina Just Took Brunch to a Whole New Level in Maine

Brunch has become pretty popular, trendy even. Many of use don’t care if it’s possible or not, because either way, brunch is absolutely delicious. And in Central Maine, we have so many delicious spots to choose from.

One spot, sitting pretty in Waterville just got our attention for one of their brunch dishes. Something created from Cushnoc Cantina that is absolutely turning heads.  

Cancel your Sunday plans and head to Cushnoc Cantina to try their Sunday Tots. 

They recently showed off a plate on their Facebook page and they look like the ultimate comfort food. Tots were big when I was in high school, ask Napoleon Dynamite. 

The dish features crispy tater tots piled high with scrambled eggs, melted cheese, bacon, scallions, jalapeno ranch, and queso fresco. In their own words, brunch just got “irresponsible… in the best way.”

Cushnoc Cantina has already built a fun reputation and great following for bold flavors, great drinks, creative meals, and a fun vibe. But now, their brunch just got even better and the menu continues to raise the bar.  

This place doesn’t do anything halfway and these loaded tots appear to follow that standard.
