Karen Read Trial
One of the most captivating and polarizing events throughout New England recently has without a doubt been the Karen Read trial.
The details of the trial won't be outlined here for no other reason than there have been and still are so many moving parts to the case, ruling, motions filed after the dismissal, etc., that it'd be ridiculous for someone as uneducated with the law as this writer is to try and recap it.
However, CBS News has a recap if you're interested. Besides, that's not what this is about.
Karen Read House
Shortly after the jury in the case came back with a hung decision, Karen's house in Mansfield, Massachusetts, was listed on Zillow for purchase at the starting asking price of just under $850,000.
The house, on Gilbert Road, is actually in a great location with a ton of transportation and other convenient amenities nearby, including the commuter rail, highway access with both 95 and 495, Mansfield Crossing, and more.
Just a quick 30 mile ride from Boston, the house is loaded with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a two-car garage, an unfinished basement (which brings the opportunity to add another bedroom, an additional living room, an additional office since there is already an existing one in the house), and more.
Listed by Richard Rocci, a real estate agent with RE/MAX Platinum, let's take a peek inside of Karen Read's 2,516 square foot home that's for sale.
