For a donation, you will have Santa's elves at your disposal.

The Robbie Foundation is back at the Maine Mall, saving you time and letting you help kids who are forgotten by insurance companies. Bring your unwrapped presents and leave the worries behind about not having enough tape and wrapping paper, or ending up with gifts that look like they were wrapped by a four-year-old!

What is the Robbie Foundation?

I love this organization started by a frustrated mom (aren't all the best organizations started that way?). Founded in 2010 in Scarborough, this non-profit helps kids in Maine with developmental disabilities. It provides funding for equipment, therapies, and technology not covered by insurance. As you can imagine, it's quite a bit that's not covered.

How much does it cost to have my gifts wrapped?

This year at the Maine Mall from December 15 through Christmas Eve, elves from the Robbie Foundation will be there during mall hours wrapping for donations. So it's whatever you can spare to help these kids. You can really help make a kid's holiday with your donation.

Don't put your gifts in a bag. That's cheating anyway. Bring all your unwrapped stuff to the Maine Mall starting this Saturday right through Christmas Eve, and let the Robbie Foundation wrap it for you! In fact, you could drop off, make a deposit, get some last-minute shopping done, then go back and pick up your goodies. Wait, that means you would also be coming with unwrapped gifts and have to drop those off...more wrapping!
