This is just straight up insanity.

Naming New Hampshire as one of the bottom 10 states in America that have the least amount of fun.

I'd never say this, but WalletHub just did.

According to the WalletHub, New Hampshire is the 43rd "least fun" state out of all 50, and furthermore, Maine falls at no. 38.

I get it, we're not a big city in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, but isn't that the point? Not everybody finds their fun on a bar seat next to rich New York finance bros. I find my fun four-wheeling in the woods up north in Canada or Beddington, Maine.

You're going to tell me Portsmouth, New Hampshire, doesn't deliver the perfect summer aesthetic to grab a drink by the water? Riverjack's Restaurant? Lazy Jack's Restaurant? C'mon, those are some elite establishments to people watch at.

Sorry, Wallethub, you've got it all wrong (but don't yell at me, you're bigger than me hehe).

Not to mention the shopping in Portsmouth is elite. They've got all these pretty little boutiques like Opal & Oak, and there's even a Bobbles & Lace location that I personally know Portland, Maine, girlies love.

OH, I almost forgot. Another huge reason why New Hampshire is awesome and should be given a higher score on the fun scale: the Liquor Outlet is off the highway there. Not to mention there's no sales tax in the state.

I mean, their state slogan is literally, "Live Free or Die", so I don't know how much more I have to say here.

I'll agree that it might not be the most fun state, but it still doesn't deserve to be ranked at no. 43 out of 50.

Mistakes Tourists Make When Visiting New Hampshire

Whether it's trying to pack too much in to one trip (figuratively and also literally ion their suitcase) or choosing to dine at the tourist traps over the mom and pop shops, people who visit New Hampshire deserve to experience all our fine state has to offer. Let the mistakes of tourists from our past help shape your visit in the future.
