Gorham, Maine just welcomed the state's very first Ghost Kitchen.

Ghost kitchens have increased in popularity across the country due to in-person dining restrictions set in place because of the pandemic.

What makes a ghost kitchen unique is that the ghost kitchen is made up of multiple cuisines from multiple chefs. There is no in-person seating and operates solely on takeout and delivery.

Karen's Kitchens just set up shop at 29 School Street in Gorham and is made up of six different restaurants specializing in six different cuisines:

Backyard Burger-Smash Burgers
Bliss Bowl-Poke
Brooklyn Benny's-New York Style Pizza
My Thai-Thai
Mykonos Mediterranean-Greek
Soup Dogg and Salad-Soup and salad

Gone are the evenings arguing with your significant other about what you want to eat. Just order from Ghost: Karen's Kitchens and you're set thanks to the variety of tasty options!

Karen's Kitchens is also perfect for families. Gone are the nights of the kids bickering over what they want to eat.
