Maine State Police have issued a silver alert for a 79-year-old woman from Lyman who suffers with dementia. According to a post on the official Maine State Police Facebook page, her name is Gail Wicklund. She resides at 8 Desert Brook Road in Lyman and was last seen late Thursday morning April 8, 2021.

Gail Wicklund is described by police as a white woman with gray hair and blue eyes, at 5' 6" and 140 lbs. They also say that she has not taken her medication. She is likely wearing a light blue fleece and gray pants and may be traveling by foot.

Anyone with information or who has seen her, should call 911 immediately or the Maine State Police at 207-624-7076.
