Mainers Get Out to Enjoy January Warm Weather Over the Weekend

If there was ever a more accurate use of the old saying "If you don't like the weather in Maine, wait a minute," it was this weekend.

Normal January temperatures did not apply on Saturday as some places unofficially hit 60 degrees, like in Gorham, where Ginger Cram and her husband decided they would enjoy it while they could.

They dressed like it was the middle of August and set up chair in their driveway while grabbing a couple of delicious adult beverages as they sat and watched the snow melt.

If their driveway was anything like mine, that thing was probably clear of all snow just before the sun started to set.
