Lincolnville's Tim Boetsch scored a first round TKO to beat Rafael Natal at the UFC history making night at Madison Square Garden in New York.

The referee stopped the fight at the 3:22 mark of the first round and giving Boetsch his 11th win in UFC competition. (11-9 UFC, 20-10 overall)

Natal was #14 ranked among UFC middleweights.

That means Boetsch could get ranked for the first time in that weight class.
