Darrelle Revis may have been kicked off the Patriots practice island and sent home when he showed up late for practice this week, but Patriots fans should hope he isn't late at the line of scrimmage against Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall.

Don't worry, Patriots Nation. Marshall better be ready to spend lots of time on Revis Island when the Pats take on the Bears at Gillette Stadium this Sunday at 1 p.m.

The Bears offense led by quarterback Jay Cutler has a potent passing attack that features Marshall and utilizes running back Matt Forte, whom Patriots head coach Bill Belichick has his sights set on. Meanwhile, the Patriots defense will not have its best pass rusher, defensive lineman Chandler Jones, to pressure Cutler.

Look for newly acquired linebacker Akeem Ayers, who the Patriots picked up from the Tennessee Titans in a trade, to make an impact in place of the injured Jerod Mayo.

Offensively, the Patriots should be able to score their share of points against the Bears defense, especially at Gillette Stadium. Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is 3-0 all-time against the Bears, having passed for 964 yards with six touchdowns, three interceptions and a 94.7 passer rating. The Bears defense led by defensive lineman Jarod Allen will try to put as much pressure on Brady as possible.

Kickoff is at 1 p.m. and you can catch all of the pre-game and game action right here on the Blimp 102.9 FM, the Patriots' Maine Rock Radio Network.
