Listen, breakfast is important, but it pales in comparison to the Mount Everest of meals: brunch. It’s the perfect combination of the sweet and savory flavors of breakfast and the calorie and carb-filled indulgence of lunch. And with unlimited cups of coffee, it’s the perfect treat for any day. Portland is extraordinarily lucky to have so many homegrown chefs, as well as those “from away” who’ve figured out how amazing it is to live and work in our fine state. That melting pot has helped turn Portland into a can’t-miss culinary paradise—especially when it comes to brunch.
