Portland On Tap Featured Brewer-Funky Bow from Lyman

The 6th Annual Portland on Tap will be pouring up good times and great beer at the Cross Insurance Arena on Saturday, January 25th, 2020 from 12-9pm! Pick from two general admission sessions or two VIP early-access sessions to sample 120+ craft beers from over 60 breweries!

Now to get you ready for what is going to be an amazing day of beer, beer, and more beer, we are going to feature some of the breweries who are coming to Portland On Tap. And we will start with two fellas who are great friends of ours. Paul and Abraham from Funky Bow Beer Company from Lyman, Maine!

The story on how this father-son brewing team came to be is pretty amazing. From Abraham:

"My father and I did not talk for 7 years, and when we finally reunited it was over a cold beer. He then bought me a homebrew kit for Christmas one year, and from there it all started. I brewed every beer imaginable. A while later we opened a brewery and the beer just keeps flowing. We are nestled on a 20-acre farm, in the hills of Lyman, ME. We are still a small brewery producing over 30 different types of specialty beers. We are open all year around, Fridays 1-9pm, Saturdays 1-9pm, and Sundays 1-5pm. Bring your dogs and kids along, join us for a brew, some wood-fired pizza, live music, and bonfires!! See you soon!"
