As most small businesses across Maine continue to navigate the troubled waters of the coronavirus pandemic, one brewery in Portland is pushing forward with plans to make themselves even larger. According to Seacoast Online, Definitive Brewing Company will open a second taproom in Kittery when Maine gives the go-ahead to resume business as normal in the state.

Definitive Brewing Company opened their first location in the popular Industrial Way complex two years ago. That area houses other brewers like Austin Street, Battery Steele, Foundation and the cornerstone of the area, Allagash. But Definitive has separated themselves and drawn big crowds thanks to their unique "fruited" smoothie-style beers. Definitive often keeps some of their tastiest offerings as "taproom-only" beers, bringing people back for visits to down their favorite offerings.

Definite Brewing's new taproom in Kittery will be located at 318 U.S. Route 1, in a building that formerly housed a now defunct Starbucks location. It's premium real estate, as both the Kittery Trading Post and the ever-popular Bob's Clam Hut are nearby. Plenty of out-of-staters have visited Definitive in Portland, but the new taproom will give Definitive a chance to further their footprint throughout New England.
