A major exhibit containing over 150 artifacts from the pharaoh's tomb will debut in June.
Nearly 100 years after they were discovered, a gigantic display, rich with artifacts from King Tut's tomb will be coming to New England's largest city. According to Boston.com, “King Tut: Treasures of the Golden Pharaoh,” the largest collection of Tutankhamun’s treasures to ever travel beyond Egypt, will open June 13 at The Saunders Castle at Park Plaza. The exhibition will feature more than 150 original artifacts from King Tut’s tomb.
It's a popular exhibition which has already made stops around the world. While it's currently in London, the only American soil it has seen was Los Angeles. The display in Boston will be the first time King Tut’s treasures visit Boston since 1963, according to Boston.com
