As summer approaches quickly, several business in southern Maine are trying to find ways to adapt and survive as the pandemic continues to linger. One of those businesses is Rising Tide Brewing, whose Fox Street location in Portland has long been a destination for beer lovers, especially on the weekends. So after some paperwork finagling detailed here by the Portland Press Herald, the party is back on at Rising Tide Brewery Wednesday through Sunday.

Rising Tide reimagined their front patio, installing tables with umbrellas for the potential of rain or shine beer consumption. Additionally, Rising Tide has teamed up with Fire and Co., a catering company known for their exquisite food, to offer up wood-fired pizza as well as donuts (and perhaps some other special goodies depending on the day) on site for visitors. And rather than just walking up to the bar to try your next beer, Rising Tide has installed a slew of tables (all with their own hand sanitizer) for table-side service. Those precautions should allow patrons to remain safely distant so everyone can enjoy their afternoon/evening out.

Rising Tide has listed their patio hours and curbside pickup as Wednesday through Sunday from 2pm-8pm. Curbside pickup only is available Monday and Tuesday from 12pm-6pm.
