We just can't enough of seeing our pal (and loyal Blimpster) Ryan Eldridge from Maine Cabin Masters. Everytime we hear his friendly, husky voice on the WBLM Morning Show or see his jolly face in videos, he always brings us some smiles.

Don't get us wrong though, we love the whole crew at MCM. We think they would all agree with us that Ryan's gentle exuberance is contagious.

So imagine our delight when we saw this video posted on social media today. It came up in the Facebook newsfeed and we just had to take a sec and give it a click. The post was titled Ryan's Frog Collection.

That headline got us some mighty curious. He is pretty well known for having an extensive t-shirt collection. We've seen him on TV wearing tops to show his love for some of his favorite bands like the Grateful Dead, Phish and Strangefolk. Recently he proudly wore his new WBLM t-shirt for the filming of a future Maine Cabin Masters episode. We are honored.

So what's the deal with this other assembly of things he loves? What does Ryan love almost as much as his t-shirts?

Ryan's Frog Collection...Does he have an assortment of live amphibians croaking in an aquarium? Nosuh. Come to find out, Ryan has a wicked cute display of wooden frogs from his travels. These are the crafted beauties that come with a little stick to run across their backs.

When the the stick is dragged over the ridges carved into their topsides, a very authentic croaking sound projects out of their mouths. Depending on the size of the wooden creature, the croaks range from higher pitched treefrog to the roar of a bullfrog.

Check out it, bub. Ryan's havin a blast with these things.
