According to the Maine Turnpike, any driver is eligible for a discount on tolls along the Maine Turnpike as long as you have an active EZ Pass account. From there, how you acquire discounts depends on two factors: how often you use the Maine Turnpike and pass through tolls, and how many transponders you have associated with your account.

If you're a small business or an individual that finds themself passing through a ton of tolls on the Maine Turnpike, you reward could be some substantial discounts. If you make 30 to 39 trips through tolls in a given month, your account is credited a 20% discount. 40 or more trips through tolls in a given month nets you a 40% discount. That discount level could take some of the sting out of $2 tolls.
