We tend to frequent a select few establishments where we know what to expect, and subsequently miss out on equally-amazing places that aren't on our radar.

I suppose gravy can't make the list of favorite side dishes at Thanksgiving, as it's more of a topping, but man, do I love to pour it all over my entire plate. Wouldn't it be great if a restaurant opened up that was focused all around Gravy? Wait. Hold on... this already exists?
