Open Letter

My experience at JCPenney in Hanover, Massachusetts, involving Steven Tyler was both a dream and a nightmare.

Shopping during the holidays can be stressful, let's not forget to use manners while shopping. I was literally able to make someone's day just by using the manners I learned as a child.

Something that was probably so simple to you, meant the world to me.

We were just a couple of gals woefully unprepared for the conditions Saturday afternoon.

This has nothing to do with farming and everything to do with passing gas next to me.
