Bob Kraft's New England Patriots are tied with the New York Yankees for the third place as most valuable franchises in sports. The Patriots are valued at $3.2 billion dollars.
All of this according to the new Forbes 'Business of Football' report.
The Dallas Cowboys are #1 in value - $4 billion. Then it's the Real Madrid soccer franchise at $3.26 billlion. Then the Patriots and Yankees.
The average increase from last year for NFL teams is 38% because of increased TV rights fees.
