These Restaurants in Maine Are Offering Free Meals to Veterans

Veterans Day is November 11, and to honor those that have served and are serving our country, many restaurants in Maine are offering free meals. Here's a list of what restaurants are participating and what they offer.

Applebee’s
Veterans and Active Duty Military get free meal from a limited menu on Veteran’s Day with proof of service. Applebee's restaurants are in Portland, South Portland, Biddeford, Brunswick, Sanford, Windham, Auburn, Oxford, Augusta, Waterville, Thomaston and Bangor.

Chili’s Grill & Bar
Veterans and active duty military get a free meal from a select menu on Veterans Day. Chili's are located in South Portland and Bangor

Denny's
All active, non-active or retired military personnel at participating Denny’s restaurants get a free Build Your Own Grand Slam breakfast on Veterans Day from 5 a.m. to noon. Proof of service required.

Friendly's
Veterans and active military get a free dine-in breakfast, lunch or dinner from select menus on Veteran’s Day. Proof of service required.

Home Town Buffet
Veterans eat for free and get a bottled beverage at participating restaurants. Hometown Buffet is located at the Maine Mall.

IHOP
Veterans and active duty and military get free Red, White, & Blue Pancakes on Veterans Day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. IHOP restaurants are in South Portland, Saco, Auburn and Augusta.

Little Caesars Pizza
Veterans and active duty military get a free Hot-N-Ready lunch combo on Veterans Day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Little Caesars are in Portland, Windham, Scarborough, Saco, Topsham, Auburn and Lewiston.

Macaroni Grill
Veterans and active duty military get a free Mom’s Ricotta Meatballs & Spaghetti entrée on Veterans Day. Macaroni Grill is located in South Portland.

Red Robin
Veterans and active duty military get a free dine-in Red’s Tavern Double Burger and Bottomless Steak Fries on Veterans. Red Robin's are in Scarborough and Augusta.

Texas Roadhouse
Veterans and active duty military get a free lunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Veterans Day. Texas Roadhouse Restaurants are in Scarborough and Augusta.
