Tonight’s WBLM Mini-Concert [VIDEO]

53 years ago today, history was made in front of a small audience at The Flamingo Club in London. Charlie Watts got to know Brian Jones, Mick Jagger and Keith Richards in 1962 at London’s rhythm and blues clubs. On this date in 1963, he agreed to officially join the Rolling Stones.  Yeah I guess you could say this is a pretty significant date in rock history. So today (as John Hiatt would say)  we’re all ‘bangin’ like Charlie Watts’ .
