We are remembering one of the most energetic frontmen in the history of rock on his birthday. Ronald Belford Scott, best known as BON would've been 69 today. He was the singer in AC/DC from 1974 until his death in 1980. Bon Scott's screaming demon vocals were inspired by his idol, Little Richard yet remained uniquely his own. Before replacing original AC/DC singer Dave Evans, Bon was in a bubblegum pop band called the Valentines and the progressive rock band, Fraternity.

Join us tonight at 5:20 for live high voltage rock n' roll from AC/DC on the WBLM Mini-Concert!

Check out this late 60's TV appearance with Valentines. Bon's boppin' and singin' back-up vocals. Nice outfits.
