UVM Takes Game 3 In OT [VIDEO]

The UMaine hockey season came to a stunning halt with about four minutes left in overtime last night. A Jonathan Turk goal gave the Catamounts a 3-2 win in game three of the series.

The Black Bears had battled back from a 2-0 deficit with two third period goals to force OT.

Maine finishes 14-22-3. UVM moves on to meet BC in the next round of the Hockey East playoffs.

The Bears had chances but the power play failed them, going 0-for-7 on the PP Sunday night and 1-for-13 in the series.
