Watch The Captain Get Pink on News Center Maine

Did you see the Captain with the great Sharon Vaznis this week on News Center Maine? It is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the Captain is part of the "Real Men Wear Pink" campaign. Thirty Maine Men who are community leaders are wearing pink all month to raise money and awareness for the American Cancer Society.

And this is really cool-The Captain is raffling off a chance to fill-in for his cohort, Celeste, for one day on their show. "I think it's important for men to show their support," Ivy says, "These are our mothers and wives, and our daughters, and the women in our lives who we love the most."

The money raised through the Real Men Wear Pink campaign supports the American Cancer Society's early detection, research, and patient support programs.
