Portland Police are looking for the driver of a tractor trailer that damaged three parked cars and the Health and Human Services Department building on Forest Avenue on Friday morning.

Most of the incident was caught on video and posted by the YouTube channel Maine-iacs. It picks up after the trailer of the truck strikes a parked car which pushes it into another parked car. The driver is trying to make a sharp turn into a parking lot that he clearly doesn't have the room to make.

Once he realizes this he starts to back out, colliding with the side of the building, which rips a hole in the side of the trailer. He just keeps backing up though and takes out a parking meter then collides with and damages a third car.

You expect he's going to stop at some point, but he never does, finally maneuvering out of the parking lot by sending the trailer up onto the sidewalk and taking off.

Luckily someone was able to capture this and share it with The Portland Police Department.

The Maine State Police were able to find the truck and the trailer in two different places outside of Portland but are still trying to locate the driver who caused a whole bunch of damage in his failed maneuver.

They have identified a person of interest however and are asking for the public's help if they should have any information about the driver of the truck. The video does get a pretty good glimpse of the driver, so someone may be able to help out.
