Why Is This Man Wearing a Dress in South Paris, Maine?

It definitely was a statement. Not so much a fashion statement, but just a statement.

So, Samantha Neal was driving at Market Square in South Paris, when she came across this gentleman wearing a dress in the center of the median.

In case you can't see, it says,

I don't want your $$ I just suck at Fantasy Football

She struck up a conversation with him. His name is Smitty and he sadly came in last in his fantasy football league for the first time in over 20 years. He even posed for a close up.

Not sure if he lost a bet, or is punishing himself before a new season of fantasy football starts or what the deal is. All I know is that it's a hell of a way to spend a perfect Maine day in South Paris.

Here's what we hope for Smitty. That he kicks butt in his fantasy football league this year and if he doesn't...jump suits are big right now.
