Maine native Travis Roy was honored by the Boston Bruins at the Garden yesterday afternoon. Now he can say he was a member of the team, after receiving a one-day contract. In addition, the Boston Bruins presented him with a $50,000 check for The Travis Roy Foundation which creates awareness and raises money for spinal cord injury survivors. Travis also dropped the ceremonial first puck at center ice.
