Portland Gets Rocked by Heavy Rain, Flooding [PHOTOS]

Portland residents continue to clean up from Wednesday night’s flooding that resulted from nearly 6.5 inches of rain, according to WMTW.

The Portland television news station reported that the Portland Fire Department had up to 80 calls for flooded basements and businesses that sustained water damage. Several roads around the Back Cove area were closed as the water rose as much as 2 feet in some areas.
