Richard Pryor was a genius comedian of stand-up and film. Did you know he was a singer? In the early sixties, he opened for Bob Dylan in New York City.

We just might have to dig around to see if there any recordings we can play on the Maine Blues Project!

He sings with such ache and emotion. It is truly beautiful.
