30 years ago, Aerosmith rocked a sold out show at the Civic Center. This tour was to support their comeback album, Done With Mirrors which marked the return of Joe Perry who left the band in 1979 and Brad Whitford who exited in 1981.

34 years ago today, the Ghost in the Machine Tour arrived in Portland, Maine!

By our count, Kiss has rocked the Civic Center 10 times since their first appearance in 1979 with the album, Dynasty. And now for the first time in 13 years, WBLM is proud to welcome them back on their Freedom to Rock tour!

Blimpville has so many great live Black Crowes memories over the past two decades, from the first one at T-Birds in April 1990 to the last ones at the State Theatre in October 2013, for WBLM’s 40th Anniversary.

31 years ago today, Sammy Hagar played his first headlining show at the Civic Center. On April 7, 1985, the Red Rocker returned to Portland on the VOA tour with Dokken opening.

We’re celebrating another great show that came to Portland. 36 years ago today, WBLM welcomed back ZZ Top to the Civic Center on April 6, 1980.

33 years ago today, Billy Squier sold out the Civic Center on the Emotions in Motion tour.

29 years ago tonight, another sell-out show with AC/DC at the Civic Center! This was their second ever appearance in Portland.
