It's no secret that growing up in Augusta, I was a huge fan of BLM! At about age 12, I was fortunate enough to accompany my Art Teacher and future sister-in-law Jenny for a trip to the legendary WBLM Trailer in Litchfield! She had created one the very first BLM banners and provided the great customer service of delivery. Holy sh*t! I was headed to where it all happened! Imagine my junior high excitement of going behind the scenes at my favorite radio station. I met Jose Diaz and Mike Bushey. The dudes with the voices of The Blimp. Got a tour of the trailer including...the studio! On that very day, I knew that this was what I had to do. Well, here I am 34 years later. Pretty sick guy. The other inspiration I must give props to, is my favorite TV show in 1978, WKRP in Cincinnati. Johnny Fever(Tommy C doesn't wear headphones either), Venus Flytrap, Mr. Carlson, Herb, Bailey, Jennifer, Les Nesman!!    Here's a great clip of the infamous Turkey Drop episode. Turkey's hitting the ground like wet cement. Oh, the humanity!
