There are plenty of "adulting" things in life that most of us see as just busy work.

If you're asking me (and if you're not, sorry not sorry, you're about to find out anyway), it's things like laundry, grocery shopping, cooking -- basically, anything that feels chore-like.

That can also include adulting things like servicing your vehicle, too. And, let's be real, unless you're a mechanic and fixing or updating vehicles is something that brings you joy, bringing your ride in for an oil change or some kind of servicing definitely can be grouped into "chore-like" activities.

If that's the case, at least this one Maine dealership (and there's a chance there's actually more than one -- more on that in a second) makes this chore kind of enjoyable.

Lee Toyota in Topsham, Maine

When I bought my truck from a Toyota dealership in New Hampshire back in 2020, I kept bringing it back to that dealership to be serviced. And while I love supporting the "mom and pop" stores and businesses no matter where I live, it seemed like a logical move to find a Maine Toyota dealership near me for servicing.

Honestly, I hit the jackpot with that dealership being Lee Toyota of Topsham.

From day one when I started bringing my truck to Lee Toyota, it's been nothing but incredible.

The customer service? Second to none. From the time you drive up and into their service bay and get checked in by one of the service technicians to the time you walk up to the counter after everything is finished, it's just so enjoyable.

Technicians keep you updated either by sitting next to you in the waiting area to explain findings and suggestions (which are never outrageous, it's always looking out for the customer and the vehicle) or sending you text updates with a full breakdown of multi-point inspection checklists and more.

It's not just the technicians, though. It's every employee overall. Always smiling. Always cheerful. Always happy to be there, even joking with each other in between answering phone calls and stapling reports together.

And, most importantly, always making sure customers in the waiting room are taken care of and don't need anything -- to the point that when I attempted to get coffee out of one of the carafes they have set up but got none due to it being empty, there was a tap on my shoulder a few minutes later telling me there was a fresh pot that had just been made if I still wanted any.

Even the waiting room itself, filled with other customers, is just such a relaxed and friendly vibe. And while the headline of this article mentions Lee Toyota may be the most friendly and enjoyable dealership in the state, considering it's part of Lee Auto Malls, I'm sure the other dealerships in the Lee Auto family operate just the same.
